David Fernandez completed a Master of Health Science in Biomechanics (QUT) in 1998 after his Graduate diploma in Sports Medicine (UQ) in 1994.
In 2009 David added certificates 3 & 4 in Fitness leaving clinical Health Care to provide gymnasium based personal performance and rehabilitation services to individuals and groups.
As an athlete David has competed in a wide range of sports from cricket, rugby, soccer, Australian rules, tennis, boxing, martial arts, dancing, and athletics.
David has toured the country as a Latin dancer and in recent years has returned to the athletics track winiing state medals as a 100m, 200m, and 400m sprinter.
He has contributed to research projects in Aged care, Audiology and Sports Medicine.
